Congrats to those who recently heard today that they were accepted into Columbia Nursing! If you were waitlisted, there's still hope! If you did not receive admission, hang in there, stay positive and keep striving if you truly believe becoming a nurse/nurse practitioner is your calling!
For those of you who were accepted and on the fence, my advice... try to get in touch with current students and pick their brains -- ask them what they liked, what they didn't like, etc. You want to make sure the school is the right fit for YOU. There are multiple factors that come into play when deciding which school/program is the right fit -- location, price tag, cost of living, career goals, etc. If you have any questions, please interact with me! This post is what my MDE curriculum looked like. It definitely has changed a bit in the cohort after me, but all in all, your days will be stacked and there is a lot of studying/assignments to keep up with!
